REFUND & RETURN RULES
Within two days of receiving your item, you must initiate a return request if you’re not happy with the merchandise. If you already have an account, you may sign in with it or make a new one with the same email address that was used to place the order. We will set up the pickup from your home and offer a return or exchange option
We arrange the goods pickup as soon as we receive a request, and we’ll give you an SMS with all the details.
RETURN POLICY
If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request within Two days of your order delivery. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email ID that was used while placing the order. There is a return or exchange option available, and we will arrange for the pickup from your doorstep.
Once we receive a request, we arrange the pickup of the product and will notify you of the exact process via SMS.
When you return the product to the courier, it is mandatory to take a receipt (physical or through a message). In case of a lost shipment, we will need proof of return from you to process the refunds.
Refunds would be processed within 4–7 days after the product is returned to our warehouses.

- Have the product ready for return, in the same condition as when you received it.
- Include all original packaging and tags.
- Provide the courier with any necessary documentation, such as the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
